  Engineered immunogens, computationally-informed library design, de-immunization of biologics

• Tumor immunity and immuno-informatics
  Cancer antigen discovery and T cell epitope prediction, personalized and off-the-shelf cancer vaccines, design and analysis of sequencing, immunopeptidomics or immunoprofiling experiments
